Digital Fleet Management
This fleet management solution digitally covers the entire vehicle lifecycle within JobRouter® – from vehicle ordering and usage to vehicle return and deregistration.
All relevant information is captured centrally and managed in a structured manner. This includes vehicle master data, vehicle records, related documents, cost information as well as status and deadline data. The current status of each vehicle is fully transparent at all times.
End-to-end processes from ordering to return
The process supports structured vehicle ordering, management of pool vehicles and permanently assigned vehicles, as well as the organized return and deregistration of vehicles. Clearly defined process steps and responsibilities ensure a consistent and traceable workflow across the entire vehicle lifecycle.
Driver assignment and driving licence checks
Authorized drivers can be clearly assigned to vehicles. Driving licence checks are integrated into the process and support compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
Cross-departmental and extensible
The fleet management solution is designed for cross-departmental use and supports collaboration between administration, HR, purchasing, finance and IT. Based on the fleixble JobRouter® process logic, the solution can be individually customized and extended with additional functions, approvals or evaluations.
